All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed ( Monday - Friday excluding public holidays).

- Standard shipping within Australia is $9.95 (allow 5 - 9 days to be received)

- Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

- Express shipping within Australia is $11.95 (allow 1-2 days to be received)

Pick up from the warehouse is available on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am - 2pm

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Anchor & Arrow products as much as we have loved designing these for you.
We are glad to offer exchanges for wrong sizes, as long as a request to return is submitted to us within 14 days of the item being received and the items are unused and in the original undamanged packaging.

Return postage will be at the buyers expense however we will cover the shipping back out to you with the exchanged item.
