edWhat is the difference between the Bamboo Swaddles and Jersey Swaddles?
Our bamboo swaddles are made with a light-weight bamboo cotton material. Our Jersey swaddles are a slightly thicker, stretchier jersey cotton fabric. The jersey cotton swaddles are also a little bit smaller at 1m x 1m and come with a matching beanie.
Are your sleeping bags certified?
Yes absolutely. Our sleep garments are all independently tested to adhere to TOG and Australia/NZ sleep stardard certifications.
Do your bassinet table sheets also fit a change table?
Yes, our sheets fit all standard rectangle and oval bassinets as well as all standard change tables.
What age do your reusable swim nappies fit?
Our swim nappies are now available in 2 sizes. The small size fits newborn up to about 18months. The large size fits up to 3 years.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship all over the world. Please check out shipping timeframes and rates for international orders
What do I do if my package is late?
If your package is experiencing a delay, your first step is to locate the tracking on your order and then head over to the tracking page to check the progress. They will have a track my order enquiry button. Please get in contact with us if the parcel seems to be lost or has been significantly delay and we will launch and investigation on our end.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in Brookvale, Sydney. Our warehouse is open to the public Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am - 3pm.
