Brand & Marketing Specialist
Anchor & Arrow is a growing Australian Baby brand on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are known for our gorgeous hand designed patterns and high quality, essential baby products. We create products babies need and parents absolutely love!
Founded in 2018, ANCHOR & ARROW is loved by parents all around Australia & abroad. We now have over 70 stockists around Australia, a successful online boutique, regular exhibitions at the biggest baby expos in Australia and plenty more in the pipeline for 2022.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role works closely with the Director and has a strong focus on content creation and marketing activities contributing to overall business reach, engagement and growth.
The perfect candidate will be proactive, creative, organised and contribute to innovative ideas across the business.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DO:
MARKETING & BRAND SUPPORT
- Working with the broader team to keep the marketing calendar UpToDate with all key events, product launches, Trade Fairs and other external marketing events
- Manage external events such as Trade Fairs and other marketing and collaboration activities
- Copywriting for new products on the website to ensure they meet the brands tone of voice
SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER STRATEGY
- Content creation and scheduling for our social media channels including posts, stories, reals
- In charge of writing blog posts
- Engaging with our audiences
- Prospecting potential brand partnerships and collaborations
- Managing our influencer strategy for paid, gifting and collabs
- Design and execution of weekly EDMs and special event & sale EDM strategy
REPORTING
- Report back on ROI from marketing, collaboration and influencer executions
- Monitor social media analytics and insights
- Bring to the table proactive thinking, trends and innovative ideas to share with the business
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A Super passionate about the brand and baby category
- Previous experience in a sales and marketing role
- Previous experience with the baby retail market
- Creative and skilled in using social media channels for marketing
- Experience in using Kalvyio and developing and effective EDM strategy
- Previous experience in events and trade fairs is favourable
- High level of communication, both written and verbal
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Effective time management and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic level experience in excel
- Experience in using Shopify & Canva is sought after but not essential
